Atomic Explosion

Atomosophobia is the fear of atomic explosions, a branch of ekrixiphobia. While regular explosion can blow up an entire building, atomic explosion can wipe out an entire town. The most common trigger of this phobia is learning that atomic bombs were dropped on two Japanese cities in 1945, Hiroshima and Nagasaki. As a result, sufferers would leave cities or towns and live in the remote places. For those who stay in the town, the phobia can lead to panic assaults and maintain the people other than the loved ones and enterprise associates, resulting in financial downfall. Symptoms of ekrixiphobia include shortness of breath, speedy breathing, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and an overall bad feeling. Treating atomosophobia is difficult as the sufferer may required to be in the populated area in order to conduct the operations. Most therapies would take months or even years to treat, meaning sufferers would be required to stay in the area for that amount of time while being very afraid of it constantly if using those methods, thus worsening the symptoms. But the effective methods like medications and psychotherapy would take only 24 hours to treat.
