Kinemortophobia (from the Greek kine, meaning "motion", and morto, meaning "dead") is the fear of zombies. The fear is most commonly caused by watching films where zombies are portrayed, such as Zombie Apocalypse. It is a common phobia.
People say that zombies aren't real to try and help people with kinemortophobia, but usually they know that. They are afraid of the possibility that they will be real, and sometimes they think that they will be patient zero for the new zombie outbreak. If you believe you have kinemortophobia, get help from a psychiatrist.
