Nomophobia is a fear of being out of mobile phone contact, losing battery, losing cellular connection, etc. This phobia is common. Gen Z and later Gen alpha are more likely to suffer this fear. Some types of this phobia include; just losing battery, losing cellular connection, not having wifi (on WiFi only devices), etc. Some phobics panic or have anxiety only when the phone warns them about the battery.
