Oneirogmophobia (from Greek oneiro, meaning dream) is the fear of wet dreams. This fear often comes about due to the guilt and annoyance of pants being wet after waking up, although it's semen, not urine. Sufferer may need to wash their underwear and pajamas pants after waking up while fleeing the parents, otherwise they may need to punish themselves. This fear is most common in adolescent males since wet dreams is most common in that age group.

The phobia can be treated through counseling and psychotherapy, as well as proper education about sex.
