Submechanophobia is the fear of submerged man-made object. People with submechanophobia are often afraid of large propellers, buoys, sunken ships, or underwater animatronics. It is similar to Thallasophobia, fear of the ocean. People may think they can be sunk into the man made object or any dangerous creatures or dead bodies could pop up in front of them.
